Digital intake: enter your card list online
Enter one card per line in the form: card name, year/set, card number, raw condition or grade, quantity, estimated value and any known damage or prior work. Upload front and back photo files if available. Each upload accepts one file up to 10MB; use a ZIP for multiple photos and filenames without spaces. An intake PDF is optional for the initial review.
Any applicable agreements, payout arrangements and shipping paperwork will be confirmed during review. PDF intake forms remain available as an optional alternative.
Payment: what to pay and when
Consignment: after written acceptance and a payment request, use the $1-per-card checkout. Enter your accepted reference and set the cart quantity to the approved number of cards. Prepaid listing fees are credited on settlement. The current checkout uses PayPal Express and requires a PayPal account.
Grade prep and grading: the written quote separates prep, the selected PSA/BGS/CGC service, inbound shipping and return shipping. Confirm the service tier, declared values, insurance and any possible extra charges before approving.
Restoration: approve the assessment, proposed methods, risks and price before work. Payment instructions come with your itemized invoice. The consignment checkout cannot be used to pay for other services.
Only pay the agreed merchant and amount through the supplied secure checkout or invoice. Never put banking or payment-card numbers in these forms, PDFs or emails.
Shipping: prepare your cards for their journey
Wait for written acceptance and the receiving address. Do not mail cards to an address from a search result or another document unless we confirm it.
- Check your accepted card inventory and declared values.
- Use the individual card protection specified for your submission. Never put tape directly on cards.
- Secure the protected cards inside a rigid outer box with cushioning so they cannot shift.
- Include a printed inventory and your request reference; keep a copy and packing photos.
- Use the agreed tracked shipping and insurance. Send the carrier and tracking number in your acceptance email thread.
Inbound labels, return shipping, insurance and transit-claim responsibility must be agreed before shipment. We will confirm receipt and review any inventory discrepancies before service begins.
After submission: confirmation, updates and payout
A successful digital intake shows an on-screen confirmation and sends an email with a copy of your answers and your LC reference. Check spam if needed. If it does not arrive, email or call 703-867-2613 with your request reference.
An automatic confirmation is not acceptance or payment. Once we accept your request, keep all approvals, payment receipts and shipping details in the same email thread. General grading progress is available on Grading updates; contact us for a card-specific update.
Consignment payout method, timing, fees and unsold-card arrangements are confirmed in writing. Your settlement identifies sales, fees and any prepaid credits. Banking enrollment, if required, takes place with the agreed secure payment provider.
